PEB Studio was born inside an export steel fabricator certified to EN 1090-2 EXC3, ISO 3834-2 and AS/NZS 5131 CC3 — every feature answers a problem met on real projects.
PEB Studio started as the internal system of an export steel fabricator: a team that cuts, welds, paints, packs and ships pre-engineered buildings to demanding clients on several continents.
Every module was written to remove a problem we lived through — a short shipment, a missing weld record, a BOM copied wrong. Then it was hardened in daily production before it was offered to anyone else.
We built the system we wished we had: one source of truth from design to the last bolt on site.

No. PEB Studio reads the IFC you already export from Tekla Structures and turns it into the BOM, cutting plans, production lists and packing lists. There is no second model to maintain.

Which standards does the platform follow?
Production traceability, QC and welding follow EN 1090-2, ISO 3834-2 and AS/NZS 5131; weld acceptance uses ISO 5817, AWS D1.1 and AS/NZS 1554.1; shipping follows ISO 6346, SOLAS VGM, ISO 17712, the CTU Code and ISPM 15.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. Choose our managed cloud or install PEB Studio on your own servers. Both receive the same signed updates, which can be rolled back if needed.
Which languages are supported?
The website, client portal and client documents are available in 15 languages, including Arabic and Hebrew written right-to-left. AI-assisted translations always pass a human review before they are released.
How is our project data protected?
Permissions are enforced on the server in every module, duties are segregated, every change lands in an append-only audit trail, and released documents are sealed with SHA-256 so any later change is detected.
